Jimmy Gressier Signs Contract Through to 2028 LA Games

After many years with Nike, French distance great Jimmy Gressier has signed with KIPRUN from the 2025 season. This is a huge signing for the brand who have been growing their stable of elite athletes over the past few years. The French national record holder in the 5000 and 10,000m has expressed his delight in joining KIPRUN. He sees this partnership as offering him a great opportunity to further his career. This signing comes in addition to the partnership with the Valencia 10k which is run this Sunday. Furthermore, it cements KIPRUN’s commitment to athletes growth and development which is also highlighted by the 42 House in Iten, Kenya.

Beginning at the start of the 2025 season, Gressier’s first major competitions with his new partner will be the John Terrier Classic 5000m on February 1 in Boston. Thereafter, he will run the 2 mile at the Millrose Games in New York. Later in the year, Gressier will be competing at the European Road Running Championships in Leuven on April 13, 2025. Here, he will hope to bring some national glory home.

Gressier x Kiprun

Alongside his athletic competition, Gressier will develop new products for the French brand. Evidently, they are a brand on the up with Gressier’s signing coming alongside that of Paul Chelimo. Following these signings, KIPRUN has a wealth of national and international expertise and success at their fingertips. Consequently, their drive towards bringing elite products to the everyday runner at reasonable prices will continue.

This collaboration is an exciting opportunity for both Gressier and KIPRUN on the world stage. His road to the Los Angeles Olympics will, in effect, show how far the brand has come in the last few years. Overall, this is an exciting time for the French athlete and brand. We look forward to seeing how it develops for both parties over the coming season and beyond.
