The S/Lab Spectur is a pace tuned shoe for the majority of marathon runners. If your marathon pace is 5 minutes a kilometre or more, this might be the shoe for you!

S/Lab Spectur – A shoe for the majority.

Salomon’s research has shown that 96% of runners complete their 42.2km in a time of 3 hours or more. From this, they have created the S/Lab Spectur the sister shoe to the S/Lab Phantasm 2. In their 2024 line up, they have separated their marathon racers into two categories: sub-3 hours (the 4%) and 3 hours or more (the 96%). To ensure equality and inclusivity in their line up, they have gone back to the drawing board to tune the Spectur to ensure it powers their runners right.

Elite experience for everyone

Salomon have sandwiched their R-Cambered energyBLADE between a top layer of evergyFOAM+ and a bottom layer of energyFOAM. This is desgigned to give both amazing energy return and an increased stability to help you power through the distance.

Furthermore, Salomon have widened the heel to ensure that you have the confidence to push through each step and better your best. Alongside this stability, Salomon have tuned the geometry of the S/Lab Spectur to optimise ground time and propulsion while giving a smooth, fluid transition through the foot strike.

The dual foam midsole is created to give next level rebound. Combined with the lightness of the platform, the Spectur is sure to keep your legs fresh to the finish. Dynamism, propulsion and a smooth as butter transition will push your past your previous PB!
