On 2026 Full Line Up Introduction
After the release of the Cloudmonster and the Cloudsurfer 7 saw On put themselves much more to the forefront of runners’ minds, they have shown some fantastic innovation. Their LightSpray technology of 3D printing uppers for a really dialled in fit stole the show wherever the robot arm has been seen. What for the Swiss technologists in 2026? We see some familiar shoes with new looks and an entire new shoe. Let’s dive in!
On 2026 Cloudsoma
The new shoe on the block, or rather off the block. An addition to On’s trail line up, Cloudtec Connect takes on midsole duties in the Helion HF foam. This is the brand’s newest cushioning technology with independently flexing pods to add comfort underfoot and really connect you to nature. The more eagle-eyed amongst you will have noticed a distinct lack of holes in the sidewalls of the midsole. A real departure from the norm. Will this be the shoe to take you off the beaten track in 2026?

On 2026 LS Cloudmonster 3 Hyper
This beast throws all of On’s technologies together for a high-stacked experience unlike anything else in their stable. A whopping 45mm of Helion HF foam takes over the whole top layer of the midsole. This is 77% more of the superfoam than was found in the original Cloudmonster Hyper. Much more softness and energy return. Despite its monumental size, this is also the lightest monster which On offer. All this shoe for just 190g. Incredible engineering. Most of the weightsaving comes from the LS upper. Ultralight and form fitting, it offers an excellent hold. Could this be the ultimate super-trainer?

On 2026 Cloudmonster 3 Hyper
The difference comes not only in the upper between the two Hyper versions of the shoe. While the LS has a towering 45mm in the heel, the regular flavour has 39.5mm of foam. However, this still makes it a very comfortable and responsive shoe for those long Sunday runs. A reengineered heel makes sure that the upper is comfortable on step in as it is when you get back to your front door with the miles in the bank. Overall, the Cloudmonster Hyper has come on quite the journey since 2024, will it take you on your next one?

On 2026 Cloudmonster 3
The shoe which proved that On were to be taken seriously as a running brand is back as a threenager. The third version probably also answers the question of where the holes from the Cloudsoma went. They all seem to have ended up in the Helion foam in the Cloudmonster midsole. With a triple layer of foam to cushion the landing and a completely renewed upper, the comfort and breathability is the best yet seen in the line. With the cushion of the Cloudmonster 2 and the responsiveness of the Cloudmonster 1, it looks set to be a versatile option for daily distance.

On 2026 Cloudsurfer 3
The key takeaway from the Cloudsurfer 3 is the debut appearance of the new SURREAL super foam. This is a PEBA foam which has been mixed with the Cloudtec that is so familiar in On’s running line. It offers a soft, comfortable cushioning which offers the smoothest ride in a Cloudsurfer yet. The stack reaches 38mm in the heel and this is not the only elevated part of the Cloudsurfer. Along with the foam, the new upper also shows an aesthetic upgrade for a more modern look for the shoe.

On 2026 Cloudrunner 3
For dynamic stability, look no further than the Cloudrunner 3. A minimal rocker and a wide base make the Cloudrunner 3 a very good guide for more natural movement. The base geometry promotes a longer ground contact time for confidence in every step. Up top, the upper is also built for comfort. A Super plush tongue and heel collar ensure that the foot is held snugly in full comfort. Finally, we find an asymmetrical heel clip which gives optimal support making it a shoe you can rely on.
