To ensure that you are able to get the best out of your training program, then we recommend that you use a GPS watch and heart rate monitor. If you are cycling, then a PowerMeter is also a good addition (this can also be used for running too).

We know that life can be busy, which is why our plans are designed around your schedule, ensuring that you can always achieve your goals.

Absolutely! No matter whether you’ve never run before or you are an experienced marathon runner, Meta Endurance is here to help you.

This will depend on where you’re based. While our training programs can be followed by anyone, anywhere in the world, we are currently only offering group sessions in Brussels.

Lactate threshold testing

If you are looking to see improvements on track and understand your thresholds, then our lactate testing service can help you take your training to the next level. This unique testing can be undertaken by anyone and will allow our team to curate even more accurate training programs.

This service is offered in person in our Brussels office. On-field testing is also available on request.

Running analysis

Understand your performance with our in-depth running analysis service. Using RunScribe pods, we are able to measure a wide range of metrics, including pronation, leg pounding, efficiency, leg stiffness, and more. Our team will then bring these together into a comprehensive report, talking you through the results before recommending the best pair of running shoes for you.
